Dear Winnie, Hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out regarding your rate submission dated September 18, 2026, to share a couple of updates on our end and flag some information we still need before we can fully activate your rates in our system. First, regarding the rates that have already been processed: during our internal review, we noticed that the Incoterm field was not populated across all submitted lanes. Based on the nature of these shipments and our standard setup, our team applied FOB as the applicable Incoterm across those entries. Additionally, transit times were not included in your original submission for a number of routes, so our system applied estimated values ranging from 30 to 38 days depending on the lane. We've updated our internal records accordingly. Please review these adjustments and let us know if anything looks off or was misunderstood — we're happy to correct anything that doesn't reflect the actual conditions. Second, there is a separate group of routes that we were unable to publish because transit time is still missing. These lanes are currently on hold and will remain inactive until we receive that data: From Shekou → Guayaquil (FCL): • PIL 20GP – missing transit time • MSC 20GP – missing transit time • PIL 40HC – missing transit time • MSC 40HC – missing transit time • PIL 40NOR – missing transit time • MSC 40NOR – missing transit time • Wan Hai 20GP – missing transit time • Wan Hai 40HC – missing transit time • Wan Hai 40NOR – missing transit time • OOCL 20GP – missing transit time • YML 20GP – missing transit time • COSCO 20GP – missing transit time • OOCL 40HC – missing transit time • EMC 20GP – missing transit time • YML 40HC – missing transit time • COSCO 40HC – missing transit time • EMC 40HC – missing transit time From Qingdao → Guayaquil (FCL): • PIL 20GP – missing transit time • MSC 20GP – missing transit time Could you please send us the transit times for these routes within the next 24 hours so we can get them activated without further delay?
